To make referrals for vasectomy patient easier and to ease pressure on practices patient can now self- refer.
If you head to PCS website in the patient care > vasectomy > ‘I want to self-refer’ link a form will open, or simply select the follow link Non-Scalpel / Minimally Invasive Vasectomy Referral Form.
Patients will be contacted by the PCS team to arrange a consultation; practices will still be informed of completed vasectomies in the normal way, we would welcome practices sending this link to their patients and adding this to their websites were appropriate.
