Reception team

Our reception team are the heart of the practice and have one of the most difficult jobs. From ensuring that our telephone and online access requests are answered in an efficient and timely manner to checking repeat medication and supporting organising our clinics, the reception team are involved in all areas of the practice. Each member of the team is dedicated to ensuring each patient has a welcoming , understanding, and caring experience at the practice.
