Expiry date: October 2026
Pack size: 28 capsules
First distributed: 13 May 2025
✅ Patients are advised to check their medication carton and batch number
✅ If 5mg capsules are found in a 10mg pack, contact your pharmacy
✅ If the pack contains 10mg capsules, no action is needed
